Radoslav Stojanovi , PhD is a professor of law at University of Belgrade and was a member of the Founding Committee of the Democratic Party in December 1989. The Democratic Party was the first non-communist opposition party in Serbia. Since 2001 Professor Stojanovi has been the Chief Legal Representative of Serbia before the International Court of Justice in the lawsuit brought by Bosnia and Herzegovina against Serbia relating to the 1992-95 Bosnian War. The University of Belgrade is the oldest and largest university of Serbia. Founded in 1808 as the Belgrade Higher School in revolutionary Serbia, by 1838 it merged with the Kragujevac-based departments into a single university. The University has nearly 90,000 students (including around 1,700 postgraduates) and over 4,200 members of teaching staff.
